Cerulean Soul

She gazes up

Looking for hope

Remembering the vanished

Searching the clouds

For words of wisdom

As she finds none of her own.

Watching the tree tops

As they wave to the ground below

She longs to be in the sky

To soar with the Osprey

To see the wide expanse

To erase the site unseen

Cerulean beauty

Break this lonely spell

Circle me with raindrops

To cleanse this heavy soul.
